KMS INC. and CATRAM were founded on traditional values that hold as its highest virtue, the concept of “the client comes first.”  As a tightly held domestic Florida corporation, this conceptualization has not been altered.  We strive to bring the highest level of service, knowledge, experience and integrity to the table in both daily and catastrophe operations.  The result is a quality standard.  Our mission is to keep up with legal and technological changes, maintain a flexible posture toward the needs of our clients, and to be responsive to the changing needs in a dynamic industry.  Throughout the years, the staff has forged a reputation of excellence built upon the old fashioned realization of hard work.  In the aftermath of Hurricane Charley, which struck our corporate office, this was never so apparent.  With great personal losses of our own, we held together and serviced our Charlotte County community and our clients, and went on to service three more hurricanes within 6 weeks.
