Thomas E. Kosterman is President and CEO of Kosterman Multi-Line
Services, Inc. and CATRAM Incoporated, an
Independent Adjustment Company and
Catastrophe Team. Both companies are
domestic Florida corporations.
Mr. Kosterman attended the University of Maryland where he obtained a
Master’s Degree in International Relations,
Comparative Politics & International Law.
His concentration of study was in Europe and
Africa. He began his insurance career with
Nationwide Insurance Company in 1978. He
then went to work for Seibals, Bruce &
Company as a field claims representative. He
held that same position with Foremost
Insurance Company for eight years. Mr.
Kosterman completed numerous catastrophe
tours with Foremost in the process. He
started Kosterman Multi-Line Services, Inc.
(KMS Inc.) in 1992 and has over twenty-eight
years experience handling multi-line claims.
Mr. Kosterman participates in the appraisal
process and is a Certified Umpire.
As a licensed all lines independent adjuster in both Florida and Texas,
Mr. Kosterman holds a Casualty Property
Claims Law Associate (CPCLA) & a Certified
Mold Remediator (CMR) designation. He also
is Residential Condominium Building
Association Policy (RCBAP) certified with
the National Flood Program (NFIP). KMS, Inc.
is a member of NACA, CADO & The Indoor Air
Quality Association (IAQA). |
