Merry L. Davine

Claims Manager

Merry L. Davine is Claims Manager of Kosterman Multi-Line Services, Inc. and CATRAM, Inc., an Independent Adjustment Company and Catastrophe Team. Both companies are domestic Florida corporations.

Mrs. Davine attended the prestigious Katharine Gibbs School in Boston, Massachusetts. She began her independent adjusting insurance career with what was then Gordon Boyd & Company in 1985. The company changed hands and eventually became Cunningham Lindsey USA Inc. Serving as adjuster and then branch manager in two Massachusetts offices she then transferred to the Fort Myers, Florida office. Ms. Davine joined Kosterman Multi-Line Services, Inc. in 1999 as claims supervisor and outside adjuster. During these years she has handled and supervised numerous catastrophe events ranging from small northeasters to the infamous multi-storm season which included the Category  4 known as Charley.  Mrs. Davine was promoted to Claims Manager in 2005. 

Mrs. Davine was formerly certified with FWUA/CPIC and Tower Hill Insurance Group and is an NFIP certified adjuster. As a Florida licensed all lines independent adjuster, Mrs. Davine has attended numerous claims training and estimating workshops and has over twenty-one years experience handling all lines of insurance losses.
