Upon receipt of your Claims Handling Guidelines, we immediately forward them to each inside and outside adjuster. For new clients, we attach the guidelines to each new assignment to facilitate compliance. We maintain a central diary at the corporate headquarters…and we check it and email it to every outside adjuster each week. We are sensitive to our clients’ reporting requirements, in both substance and timeliness. One of our greatest achievements has been in customer service. We have developed a central administration center in Port Charlotte where it is convenient to make all assignments, request immediate file updates and to speak with any person on staff or request a call back from a field adjuster. We do not use “voice mail” on purpose. We want to be completely assessable to our clients. It is OK if you just want to leave a message, but if you need to speak with someone now…it is possible. Additionally all files assigned in Florida are examined by the same examiners in our corporate office. This makes us more efficient in determining trends, catching mistakes and training adjusters. We will complete full assignments or partial / task assignments. Property appraisal assignments are accepted. In addition, assignment acknowledgements are always available as are 24-hour reserve notices. We are particularly adept at property claims however; we are also experienced with liability assignments of all kinds.
