Who we are

We are an independent adjusting firm and catastrophe firm that has been supporting Florida insurance carrier’s field operations since 1992 with emphasis on the property and casualty market.  We have also worked with many of the depopulation programs over the years as well as new voluntary markets.   Our field adjusters and our corporate office are fully computerized and insured to serve our clients in a professional and timely manner.

• Stability.  KMS has maintained the same management for over 18 years.  Our headquarters in SW Florida serves as a centrally located, single point of contact administration center.  The arrangement serves consistency in diary, reporting and examination. We have a 15+-year history with many references and this longevity also translates to stability.
• We are Florida domestic corporations and KMS will be in Florida after a disaster “cleaning up” & ”mopping up”.  Our adjusters will be working in Florida many years after the event and will not be affected by extra-territorial disasters.  After a catastrophe in Florida we can offer adjusters who are familiar with Floridaproperty law and regulation as well as the appropriate unit prices for damage repairs.  Catram Incorporated will offer our clients a catastrophe team anywhere it is needed.

Without extra-territorial demands or interference, i.e. out of state management, we have a clear vision of service and firm dedication to uphold the mission of Florida clients.
